  The seller shipped the item very quickly and it arrived on schedule. The item was packaged very securely and was in very good condition when it arrived here. It was as described in the listing. It was a very good deal for the price. But I can't say the same about UPS. They delivered the package to another house and it took me several hours to find it.

  Item was as described and shipped lightning fast. I've had a set of body packs and a stick mic transmitter for years so now I can support two mics simultaneously at a really good price. My only complaint is the packaging. The item was wrapped well in bubble wrap but then tossed into a box with no filler at all so the item was able to rattle around inside the box which arrived crushed in disturbing ways. The item was okay but I really expect more from a top-tier name like Adorama!

  Genuinely the best sellers I’ve dealt with on this site. They were willing to work with me despite a very confusing situation. I trust these guys now to the point of buying from them without a single worry. Definitely recommended! Very high quality in service and in communication. Communication is superb and really the only thing more I could add is how kind they are compared to many others I’ve talked with. Product arrived in even better condition than described.

  Excellent transaction, open box item with all original packing., box a litlle deteriorated...fast shipper. Seller enables make offer option and then fails to respond to offers...made 3 offers and zero response..

  First time buying from this seller, but I would not hesitate to do so again. These speakers are amazing! They were almost half price as an open-box (but still new) item. Shipping was as promised. I only gave them 4 stars on communication because my question took two days or more to be answered (which isn’t a BIG deal). Like I said, I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Overall it was a great experience and I’m loving these Polk Audio Atrium 4 speakers!
