  Exceptional service. They got me screws for my lawn mower wven rhough they said those are not available hence the price is down. So kind and caring. Easy honest and robust communication with customer. Product was exactly as described. Packaging was safe too along with original books. Postage was timely too. Well done!!

  Great seller exactly as described . described as not working prior to dispatch seller contacted to advise that item was listed as not working and was given the option to cancel . wrong item was sent I contacted seller on the day the item was received and the correct item was sent very quickly . I appreciate things can go wrong and only judge a companyy by how well they handle the problem . I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again and commend them for their first class customer service

  Overall good value purchase & communication, although description not accurate as said new other, but although in good condition it had been used. Messaged to check I knew it didn't have a charger so I bought a charger for another £10, but then it had 2 chargers when arrived. Description also said it came with hedge trimmer but didn't.
