    The WD1770 floppy controllers shipped and arrived promptly, were adequately packed, and were as pictured and described. Unfortunately, both the chips failed to operate in a known working Commodore 1581 with an existing, working WD1770. I contacted the seller with pictures and information, and they quickly refunded the order. I appreciate the quick response and standing behind their product's "warranty". I purchased from the seller before, and this is the first failure. Good seller, bad chips :-(

    There was a delivery delay with the Sri Lankan delivery team. That is not the seller s fault. However, the seller agreed to refund the money. But I don t want money. I want to finish my project soon. The seller again said they will look where the delivery delay in my country and will give an update soon. The seller is a good-hearted and very great person. I hope my item updates soon. They are good team.
