After they arrived, two of the sticks failed memtest86+, and when I reached out to the seller they were quick to respond and gave a partial refund for the failed sticks, no questions asked. They even mentioned they would change their testing procedures based on my experience. Excellent customer service. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.
