The seller was fast to respond to email, prompt on shipping, packaged the amp in custom shell to further protect the box and he had it delivered in 2 days from Japan to California.   Item arrived from Japan to NY in 2 days. The packaging was extremely professional with attention detail. The player was beautiful and appeared brand new, however, the tray will not open. I immediately contacted the seller and requested a return label. The seller responded immediately, and the item was return to seller. The seller informed me that the refund was issued.
