    This is my first purchase (Accuphase C-3900) from AC Gear Japan and I had a great buying experience. The seller was fast to respond to email, prompt on shipping, packaged the amp in custom shell to further protect the box and he had it delivered in 5 days from Japan to Munich. The amp arrived in perfect condition and was as advertised. I would have no hesitation buying from AC Gear Japan.

    Item arrived from Japan to NY in 2 days. The packaging was extremely professional with attention detail. The player was beautiful and appeared brand new, however, the tray will not open. I immediately contacted the seller and requested a return label. The seller responded immediately, and the item was return to seller. The seller informed me that the refund was issued.
