  Overall costume came in packaged pretty well (a soft package, not a box, but it was wrapped well) and looks even better than the photos. The details are well done and more in-depth than I expected. I did get it custom-sized and it is perfect. It definitely feels like it will withstand multiple conventions (coming from someone who cosplays at multiple conventions every year). The seller was also quick with replies to my questions and thoughtful with shipping to make sure it actually got to me.

  Just received the costume and couldn’t be happier! Communication with the seller was wonderful. They were very willing to work with me to ensure I had the costume by my date of need. The robe looks and feels incredible. It is well constructed and meets all my measurements. The shirt and accessory components are also very well done.
