Before my order, the item is listed as the last one, 2 sold, but shortly after my purchase (definately within 48 hours), the seller listed an identical item described as the last one, 3 sold, and decreased the price for more than a hundred dollars. I contacted the seller for a refund, got no answer. I am not an easy negative rating person, will rate this transection as positive.

I received the item very quickly, and I contacted their help team with many questions — all of which they patiently and thoroughly answered. I wanted to upgrade the version online, and their technical team was able to change it to the version I needed in my country’s language. Not asking buyer to call as we have 12 hrs time difference. 3, instruction for setting up the stand is wrong, should be backwards. I still give 5 stars because of quality, functions and shipping are good.
