    I received a defective label machine. It was packaged so the seller had no idea that it was bad. It was a fast ship and a fast reply to my problem. Full refund and no need to ship it back. Tossed the sucker and called it complete. The seller took care of the problem real fast so I will give him an A+. Thanks, just sorry it was defective. I had to search for another one and keeping my fingers crossed that it will work if it is new old stock.
