I was satisfied with the answers I was given. Further more. The owner is a great guy. I had the privilege to speak with this person in person. His shop is local to where I work and don't have to worry about another alternator breakdown. I am glad I choose well by selecting his company. And, his prices are reasonably fair, and no core charge required, which can be a hassle.
