    Overall, this was a positive experience. I had sent a message requesting some more info, and to my knowledge did not get a reply. Thats ok. Item came as described, was well packaged, and was delivered sooner than expected. I would recommend this seller and would buy from them again.

    I recently purchased a used laptop from this vendor and i couldn't be happier with the experience. The laptop arrived very quickly- much faster than i expected- and was package securly. It was in great condition. Everything works perfectly so far as described. Great communication, fast shipping and quality product. I definitely recommend this seller!!!!

    Received this NUC6i5 quickly and it was in better-than-expected condition. The item was well packed and there was no damage due to shipping. The item was exactly as advertised. BIOS update and OS installation went without issues. I am well pleased with the price and the overall transaction. I would recommend this seller without question!
