    Overall, this was a positive experience. I had sent a message requesting some more info, and to my knowledge did not get a reply. Thats ok. Item came as described, was well packaged, and was delivered sooner than expected. I would recommend this seller and would buy from them again.

    Received this NUC6i5 quickly and it was in better-than-expected condition. The item was well packed and there was no damage due to shipping. The item was exactly as advertised. BIOS update and OS installation went without issues. I am well pleased with the price and the overall transaction. I would recommend this seller without question!

    Great experience overall. Reasonable pricing. Arrived well boxed, maybe slightly unusual packaging material (was packed in like thin strips of foam) but there was definitely no damage to the laptop. In fact, it looks as good or maybe better than the original description, and after putting my favorite Linux on it, I'm typing on it right now and it feels great! Thanks and would do business again.
