    An original HP screen that was touch screen and has HP sureview. It fit perfectly and has no dead pixels. It was great value, very well packaged, and delivered very quickly. I tried 2 other screens that were supposedly compatible, but they didn't work, so I am glad that I found accuparts. I contacted them before I purchased the screen and explained the situation and they confirmed that it was an HP original sreen and not a compatible alternative. Very happy to remomend this screen and seller.

    Was sent a different screen than I ordered as seller believed they were compatible. When I queried this, I was able to return the screen (which did not work as a touchscreen in my Chromebook) and the refund was received quickly. As seller did not have the screen I ordered in stock, unfortunately I had to order elsewhere. Can't fault seller as their original delivery was quick, the item was packaged well and the refund was received quickly when they received the incorrect screen back.
