  I didnt recieve the right item, but everyone make mistakes and the seller gave me the option to keep it and have a good amount refunded (wich I picked and they paid back very fast). The item wasnt bad in any way, just a completely different size from what I bought. So all in all it was a positive experience even if I didnt end up with what I wanted. Packaging was also good and so was the shipping time.

  This is a part I needed to fix a table with a top that lifts up. It was the exact part I needed. It was exactly as described, it was shipped promptly, delivered on time. It was a good deal and a great transaction!

  The package was received in poor condition. The glass dome was in many pieces and scared the main piece. The seller tried to be careful with the packaging but it didn't hold up. What a wreck. I have not comyet plained or sought a refund yet because I felt sorry for the seller. They tried to package the product safely, it just didn't work out as the glass was all over the place in the package. I have not yet sought a refund and would like to hear from the seller before any action would be taken.
