Had a slight issue with the delivery as the parcel was left outside my house hidden behind the bushes without any note to let myself know. The seller has contacted the carrier to notify them of the issue, and the seller was fast to respond to my query and had excellent communication. Would definitely use this seller again! The item arrived in excellent condition and the appearance was as expected from the pics and great value as well.

They left the wrong parcel at my neighbours door, Which I delivered for them. I don't mind delivery being a little late, But the delivery person never knocks the door or rings the bell. The parcel can be lying at my front door for ages until I check my e mails and discover it's been delivered. We have a description in Scotland for useless companies. They are NUMPTIES.

I contacted the seller and they offered £19 refund after I paid £45? Dpmo. Then they started ignoring me and I've escalated it to eBay to resolve. The price is what drew me in but to wait 11 days for a parcel and then have it arrive unuseable and then be ignored when trying to resolve it? Disgusting. the customer service is terrible.

I recommend them and would use them again if they had something I needed. Having been waiting for the same kit to arrive from a different seller, only to be told it was out of stock and get a refund. I have not used the spray guns yet, but they looks well-made and of reasonable quality.
