  Sellers listing stated shipping is usps ground advantage. It was shipped ups. ups does not deliver to the building I am in. I ordered from this seller because it stated shipping would be usps ground advantage. Seller said next time I should check with seller about shipping. Sellers listing should be accurate. Which it wasn't. If it says ground advantage it should be shipped ground advantage! Seller more less told me he can ship as he wants. Monitor has gray lines on the sides. Should return.

The listing stated USPS Ground Advantage, but as explained multiple times, an equivalent shipping service was used to ensure timely delivery. There was no intention to cause inconvenience. We always recommend that buyers reach out before purchasing if they have specific shipping requirements. Communication is key to avoiding misunderstanding.The monitor was shipped brand new, sealed from the factory, exactly as described in the listing.

  The description says it's new and unopened, but when we received the sewing machine, there are missing parts. The seller approved the return to receive the refund however, he doesn't create a return label and offered 40 Pesos to buy the missing parts, he wanted as well to deal the issue OUTSIDE EBAY. BEWARE!!!
