  Had a hiccup with my order. I never received the item because the delivery service they used dropped off my item at the wrong location instead of my house. I had to email them about it and after a few exchanges they did make it right by using a Full Refund and therfore im leaning a positive feedback because the Customer Service was great despite this mishap which I appreciated. Thanks

  The items arrived in reasonable time and in the condition described. There was a mix-up in tracking numbers resulting from an honest mistake that caused a bit of confusion, but the seller responded quickly to ensure the correct order was received in a timely manner. No problems. The question is not whether or not mistakes happen. The question is about how we respond when they do occur.
