  I ordered a pair of Havaiana thongs in size 37/38, as I always do. When I received the thongs they were the wrong size 35/36, too small. I contacted the seller but he/she refused to exchange them for the correct size, saying I ordered the wrong size. I have purchased several pairs of these thongs from other sellers over the years and have always ordered size 37/38. I will NEVER buy from this seller again!!
