    Received manual in great shape. All pages are present and the binding is still in one piece. Arrived clean and well packaged. Shipping was fast and reasonably priced. Everything as described in original post. Price was perfect and I’m quite happy. Great seller!

    Even though the fluke8842a meter had 2 errors when I ran the self test. The seller allowed me to return item with a seller provided prepaid shipping label. I received a full refund in a timely manner. The meter was very nicely wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in sturdy box. Everyone else could use lessons from this company on how to package electronics for shipping. I would buy from this seller again on a heart beat.

    This is the second rheostat From this company. The first one came broken and no way to repair ceramic. After I notified them, they immediately sent me a replacement, no questions asked. I applaud them for their efforts. I would certainly buy from them again.

    The sellers description was spot on. The Tek 2901 book was in very good condition for its age. Packaging was also very good with the actual manual placed in a clear plastic bag which I apopreciated and arrived within the specified time. I would buy from this seller again.
