  Product arrived on last day of delivery range. Product was as described (new), but box was a bit squished on the corners, so not perfect box which is fine. Would have liked some communication back from the seller; my tracking did not update until out for delivery so some reassurance would have been nice.

  Completely shipped the wrong product yet billed me for the product I tried to purchase. I ordered a DeWalt socket set which was printed on the pack slip, I received a mini JBL speaker. I sent numerous messages to seller, never heard a word back. I understand mistakes but struggle with lack of responsibility in making it right.

  A conscientious and excellent seller A +++! The headphones really came new, the box was opened, but the headphones themselves are brand new and all the accessories are in place, even the smell of the new headphones has been preserved.
