  Seller apologised for Courier losing a whole batch of several of his outgoing parcels, including my missing spray and it was re-sent by express del, it arrived day after his email. This ten day delay was NOT the fault of seller and his communication was excellent regarding same.

  Arrived well wrapped and exactly as described. Many thanks. Items were supposedly sent Royal Mail 48 but there were no tracking details and parcel took eight days after despatch date.

  Very disappointed to find out that the seller is purchasing stuff from Asda and selling it for double the price but not only that I’ve waited over a week for the item to arrive. It’s now in a second week and never arrived contacted the seller wasn’t very helpful, so had to open a case with eBay to get a refund. If you’re buying anything from the seller please be fully aware that they purchase stuff from other retail shops and sell it at a higher price, but the items don’t even turn up

  Have not examined goods yet , but goods now delivered, although 1 day late. Response to my query about delivery was answered promptly by both eBay and the company the item came from.
