The seller was very responsive and courteous in communicating. Only removing 1 star from description as, although the seller description mentions that some items may be shipped in generic packaging, it was not immediately clear that this would be the case for this specific. This is a minor niggle though, and I would hesitate buying from this seller again!

Excellent service as always, hence my repeated return as a customer. Item delivered new in original DeWalt packaging and priced the most competitively of all the authorised DeWalt resellers.

They only wrapped a dewalt toolbox in one layer of bubblewrap and stuck the label to that. didn't even put it in a bag. I'm amazed it wasn't stolen. It got scratched. That was very poor, everything else was good.
