  Absolutely love the fire, Exceptional communication and organisation, very helpful and very prompt to respond. The fire arrived, all parts labelled, colour coded, with name and address on, so no missing parts or mix up with anything. Delivery was done very efficiently. All in all the company has offered a customer focused experience with a lot of care and attention to all aspects of their service, very well deserved 5 stars, thank you so much !!!!

  Excellent quality fireplace, beautifully restored and coated with clear instructions on finish buff when installed. Sally was a pleasure to deal with and communication was brilliant throughout. Peter the delivery gent was also lovely to deal with. Would highly recommend this company!
