Contacted seller again on 4/28 (same question) still no response. I get a message that the item shipped on 4/30, more than 1 week after purchase. I needed this Item by 5/1, we were leaving for an extended period of time. The package was refused by my P.O. because they knew we weren't there to receive it. Now on 5/14 the sellers p.o. disposed of it! Seller didn't respond to any messages. I hope they read this!
