    Ordered new brake pads for wife's bike, paid by Paypal.... later that day received email saying sorry they were out of stock and had no idea when new stock would be arriving and they would start refunding me straight away. Refund received so very happy with their honesty and speed of response... unlike some other Wales based Motorcycle parts supplier ahum! Cheers A&R will use you again and hopefully you will have what i want in stock...

    Through my own error (a typing error) the sprocket went to the wrong address and was then returned to the Post Office. The Customer Service I received from A & R Racing was BRILLIANT - they sent another one out to me immediately and upgraded the postage to First Class for free. They then refunded me in full (including the postage they had paid for) once the first sprocket got back to them. 5 stars definitely deserved - thanks guys.

    todo muy bien. pero cuidado porque como lo envian por correos a españa te cobran un 30 % mas del precio del producto en la aduana. si me lo hubieran enviado por dhl o por fedex no me cobrarian ese 30 % de aduana, el vendedor muy amable y rapido.

    Ordered a 41T which was unfortunately out of stock when they went to dispatch, unusual to get a call presenting me with a number of alternatives they could supply instead top service and will be returning again..
