    The price and description was great! Unfortunately, the packaging lacked support and the item arrived broken. When it arrived, and I opened the package I was disappointed as this was the second one of this exact piece that I ordered and it arrived broken. With this, I contacted the seller immediately and attached multiple pictures showing the packaging and the items condition. Without hesitation, they gave me a full refund along with a sincere apology. I am very happy with the result.

    Great item, fantastic packaging and item is better than described in posting. Great value and EXCEPTIONAL communicatin with seller. There was an issue with the shipping but was finally resolved with some efforts. Item was finally in my possession and is PERFECT! Thank you for the opportunity to purchase item!

    Can’t rate this seller highly enough, they reassured me about postage between US to UK & provided a discount to help with shipping costs. I purchased a pre owned item, which was as good as new & for a great price, really well packaged & arrived much sooner than I thought. Nothing but praise for the seller.
