    Received quickly but upon opening the pack, I realised I had bought the wrong size. After arranging to return the item for refund, seller kindly and promptly issued a partial refund and saved me the hassle of returning. Many thanks for swift and efficient service.

    Seller sent the wrong item but then couldn't understand the fact until many messages later with me spoonfeeding them every possible bit of info inc photos to make the point. Once the penny had dropped, seller offered increasing percentages (30, 40, 50, 60, 70 etc) of my payment as a refund until I gave them an ultimatum and they agreed to 100%. They was promised that within two working days but itidn't happen. After several more days I chased them and they finally coughed up. Appalling service.
