  My experience with this seller. My package seemed to have gotten lost within the FedEx system and was stalled in California for 48 hours without any movement. Feeling concerned, I decided to reach out to the seller for assistance. To my relief, the seller immediately intervened with FedEx to locate my package. Thanks to their proactive approach, my package was delivered to my home in Ohio within 48 hours of contacting them. I cannot say enough about this seller. Highly recommend him.

  So upon arrival of the speakers i had noticed the box was all tapped up where it had looked like it had been dropped. I contacted the seller where he said he will resolve it through via ups claim. No actual refund or item being sent back an replaced Where i believe it is a scam for them to get paid through via ups. It looks to me that the seller tapped the box up sent the damaged item in hopes to get a claim out of it. This is a expensive speaker that i now have to hope gets replaced.

  Ordered on a holiday weekend so communication was a bit light but shipping was quick once the regular week began. I was a bit nervous about buying “open box” since the description is pretty loose. The hard plastic storage case was nearly spotless with no visible wear. Pedal was complete with all documents. Everything still sealed. Pedal probably had never been out of case. Awesome pedal. Excellent seller delivering better than expected product for reasonable price.

  Item was delivered as advertised. It was labelled "open box", however the item did shiw some wear and damage as if it had been possibly used or not well taken care of. The price was comensurate with the quality. A new bit in mint condition would have cost considerably more. Packaging was not excellent, so some damage may have occurred in handling and shipping. Overall I was satisfied enough. The item was sold with a no return disclaimer. The item delivered was what it was advertised as.
