    If only there was a 0 star option then I would have selected this. Be aware when there is an issue and a package has been deivered to the wrong address, it is the sellers duty to contact the parcel company to ascertain where the parcel was actually delivered via tracking no. As they basically told me what feels like TOUGH LUCK ITS BEEN DELIVERED SORRY... I understand its not a high value item its just the principal, Disgraceful and disrespectful response. Buyers beware. you have been warned.

    Before explaining the situation, we'd like to emphasize that if it were possible to leave negative buyer feedback, we would certainly have done so. The customer attacked us from the very beginning, claiming the parcel hadn't arrived. We tried to gently explain that we had confirmation from Royal Mail that the parcel had been delivered. Put yourself in our shoes; anyone could have written that the parcel hadn't arrived, even though we had confirmation of delivery. We also checked it with RM.
