  Mercedes A200 service kit was dispatched quickly by the seller but did not get delivered to my home and was not informed that the kit had been dropped off at a collection point due to very poor service from DPD in our area. The kit was finally retrieved in good condition and as expected. No complaints about this seller only poor service delivery from DPD !

  Excellent contact with seller rubbish delivery service by dpd could not be bothered to deliver the parcel to my address had to go to the co,op to pick up my parcel i have a front and back ring door bell camera they said i missed the delivery when I was in all day waiting for it

  seller refunded because they wanted extra money to my post code area. Very sorry but your sale went else where with no extra for postage get your courier sorted and maybe in future. I live on mainland UK and no extra cost to post anywhere from here. Seller was quick to notify / cancel order and refund which i appreciate.
