  Item as described and was a great value. Fast shipping. The mailing package was ripped during transit, but, fortunately, the seller had packed the item in a bag so that it was not damaged. Five star transaction and seller!

  Sent the wrong item & would not send the correct item unless I purchased the hat again for a second time! Seller should take responsibility & pay the shipping herself to mail me the correct item. Any seller would do that. But she insisted I had to buy the hat again (so now I have paid for it twice) & pay the shipping AGAIN & she would not send me the right hat until she received the other item back. Definitely not a sensible way to do business. Also charged $15 to ship a hat?

  Buyer got a 100% refund on the first item which was the wrong item. Seller paid return shipping. A new purchase has to be started to generate a new transaction, otherwise the buyer would get everything for free as the first transaction must be refunded per ebay policy. This has been explained repeatedly to the buyer. Hat was shipped with the new purchase, before the wrong item was received. Shipping is stated on every item before buying. MS to CA is high.

  The Halcyon Days enamel box commemorating the birth of Prince William of Wales 1982 is more beautiful than described and pictured. The value is excellent as the enamel box is in pristine condition. The packaging was wonderfully done and the shipping was very prompt.
