    Item new as described. Price was fair. Tracking provided. Only issue was USPS. As is typical, tracking showed it got to Houston (I’m in Houston suburb) in 2 days but it left their North Distribution and went to Salt Lake City and then worked its way back. Bought on 6/6 and received on 6/14. Not sellers fault but USPS should be avoided.

    Shipping was fast and came earlier than the initial expected day provided by USPS tracking the first day. Packed well with bubble wrap. Item looks exactly as in the description. I would buy from this seller again as everything was accurate and it was priced well compared to similar listings.

    Shipping and packaging were perfect and price was good. Unfortunately, the battery had died and the pencil wouldn’t work. I contacted the seller with a few photos of the charging issue and they refunded me immediately. Would definitely recommend.
