  UPS messed up delivery of the original order, but after contacting seller, they per very professional and got right to work shipping me another unit that arrived within two days of shipment. Very positive customer service.

  Thank you . Item should return to you today , I want to share Pics of how item was received in Pic 1 & 2 . Pic's 3 & 4 is how I shipped item back to you . You might want to speak with your packer on shipping a delicate item in a plain Priority envelope , no padding . Although item had its own foam packer within its box , the condition of the item most likely was damaged to a degree because of rough handling with shipper .
