    Probably the best packaging ever!! Most do and have sent things in these cheap bubble wrap envelopes. And the post office is NOT gentle. So REAL sellers use what this seller used. A real BOX.     Item arrived on time and by the condition of the box looked to be in shape. Box did not appear to have been open and by the way the item was packed it inside it looks to be a brand new printer. Got set up added the ink and then never got any further in the set up process as the print head would not move at all. Spent an hour doing system updates, and other trouble shooting. Spent over an hour with Chat support and they declared it unfixable. Now have to go through return hassel.
