  I ordered a laptop from these guys and UPS delivered it to the wrong address....This seller was SUPER....They stayed with me all the way and found out where it went,when UPS wouldn't even talk to me..I placed a UPS claim and UPS closed the claim, and gave no reason..It was going to stay lost until this seller found it. The product the seller sent me was better than advertised. The packing was better than OEM. In all my years and decades of buying thru Ebay, this was the best transaction ever

  I ordered a Dell laptop computer from this seller, & quality is superb, condition is good for its age, just like described in the listing. It feels solid, all keys functional, and is a work horse.
