We did NOT tell him, "basically no." That is completely false. We did advise him if he was unhappy with the purchase to submit a return through ebay. He chose to keep the purchase because it is of quality items and very reasonably priced. He did opt to disparage us her. Very petty. Ebay sellers do yourself a favor and block this buyer.
