  I mean, honestly the shipping could have been faster but let's be honest. I paid $6 for this item. So I've got no right to complain. It notes battery wasn't included in the description, but guess what? My package was open so the seller could put a battery in it for me, that was nice. And the wait wasn't that bad, I mean it's a thermometer.

  I received a damaged part, but the seller promptly responded and sent a replacement. The new part arrived quickly and works perfectly as described.   Well packed. Fast shipping by Seller. Was doing great until USPS got package. Package was doing good until got to local sorting location. It then spent 8 days going back and forth. I called local Post Office and they 'rescued' It. Got it next day. Would buy from again. Was USPS fault not seller.

  Great seller! Bought an item, the post office lost the package and seller replaced it at no cost to me. This is great customer service with no headaches, I'll definitely be back in the future to buy from them. The item is as described and has enough storage to back up a few computers at a great price.
