  I was originally disappointed with the service provided from seller as the product arrived damaged , however the seller contacted me and swiftly issued a refund when they discovered my predicament. However I think the product should be described as a basin plug rather than a bath plug. The seller was quick to try and rectify the problem and sorted out a refund in no time
