  I had a great experience with this seller. Unfortunately, my order was delayed by Royal Mail, but the seller handled the situation with excellent customer service. They promptly checked the tracking, processed a refund, and kept me informed throughout the process. I truly appreciate their efforts to resolve the issue and their professionalism.
