    Received a used amplifier that arrived damaged thanks to shipping service and lack of shock absorbing materials around amplifier! Contacted them about the issue, and they allowed me the opportunity to find issue. 45min. Later and a some silver solder, I had a working amplifier! Great prices excellent communication! Fast shipping though they are working on packaging thin sheet metal electronics! Shippers Literally DROPSHIP EVERYTHING! Won't stop me from purchasing from a dependable company! Lee

    Laptop received in good condition despite a puncture of the box, evidently caused in transit by impact of the corner of a heavy box. My inquiry to the seller met with immediate assurance that the unit was insured and requested to take pics to support a claim. My checkout showed the unit unscathed and in good working order. Condition even better than shown as listed. Seller is great in communicating about delays caused by weather or USPS routing. Very good purchase. Highly recommended.

    Shipping was fast, package was filled with packing beans and laptop came to me unharmed. Item was exactly like described, especially the battery. Great price. One negative note: seller sent wrong charger and seller said will send me another, but after over 1 month, still waiting.

    The seller Started the shipping process super fast. Great amplifier, as listed. The numerous pictures didn’t show a power cord, when the question was asked about cord; never received a response, even after numerous emails on price. I felt seller was misleading in the non response, but the required cord was very standard “IBM” type.
