  For anyone wondering please take a look at the listing this guy bought from. It clearly states “Used” not “like new” no where was this advertised as “like new”. Seemed like he just wanted a free unit intentionally buying something in used condition and then demanding a full refund due to the unit being used.

  Mower came in pretty much brand new condition, with the plastic covers and manuals still intact. The box was slightly beat up as indicated in the pictures but the mower looked great. Mower functions as brand new. Shipping was incredibly quick.
