  I have had a very positive experience with seller. The original shipment was lost in the mail and tracking stopped updating. I reached out to the seller to let them know and they quickly shipped out a replacement. I received the received the replacement quickly. Very good communication.

  Purchased used untested Kobra 3 and ACE unit. Items arrived as described. Shipped quickly. Packaging could have been better, as ACE unit was sitting on print head and print head was detached from rails.
