    I received the wrong part at first. I was very surprised by how fast the seller responded to my claim, acknowledged the mistake, and fixed it by sending me the right parts by Fedex, no less, and the parts were apparently brand new and worked perfectly. I would buy again from this trustworthy seller anytime.

    As some others have mentioned, I received a random USB cable in a separate package. No idea what that's about, but the item I ordered is as described and working fine.

    Somehow, seller sent a USB cable with the eBay tracked package. Then the week after, a mysterious FedEx package arrived with the actual RAM. I received zero communication throughout the process and have no idea why this happened. Product is as described when it did arrive, seems brand new and works. Can't recommend seller without understanding why this happened though, especially since looking at reviews, it's not the first time someone's received a USB cable, but I got the product in the end.
