  Item came quickly (within 6 business days) and in great condition. It was packaged well, new and exactly as described. I haven’t tried the product yet but I’m excited to have a new lunch box for school. It’s a little small (maybe intended for children?) but I think it’s good for adults too. Great communication and very kind seller 😄 thank you!

  Nice item, packaged well. Seller took over a week to send and it about another couple weeks to arrive to USA so it takes a while but the seller communicated well. I would shop here again. Thanks!

  It was untouched and in pristine condition as one would suppose of a new product, as described even the obi was in perfect condition. Great book, the packaging was sufficient at keeping it undamaged and it shipped and arrived in a reasonable time frame. Good service.

  Shipping was was good. Packaging could have been better the product was a toy and came in a bag with bubble wrap all the way from Japan. The description was prefect. Overall the value was good.
