  Nicely packaged, quick delivery, just as described, good value for the price. Only downside was it wasn’t sent with the password but they did respond to my message with the passcode within a few hours so it was fine. I would definitely purchase with them again.

  The HP Pavilion x360 15-er0056cl laptop arrived quickly. But the screen was damaged during shipping. It was well packaged. Other than that, the laptop was as described, clean, minor scratches, normal wear. I appreciate the fast response and great communication. We did work out the issue of the cracked screen to both our satisfaction. I would do business with this seller again. Great eBayer 5 stars PS I know it is listed as an Envy but the model number is a Pavilion, I got the model I wanted. TY

  Item was as listed, but did get damaged in shipping even thought it was well packaged. I contacted seller and sent photos of damage and the seller was quick to look into it. Once verified the seller replied to me quickly and made it right. I will for sure buy from this seller again in the future.

  Shipping was VERY good. The server came in a giant box with plenty of packing material, and the PSUs were separately bagged too. Server wasn't as described, but in a good way! It was actually a DL360p instead of a DL360e (better) and came with 2 fiber network cards, which was not mentioned in the description (even better!). Would buy again. Great value, and a great seller.
