  Item as described, fast shipping, excellent packaging. All chips were individually stabbed into piece of foam and sealed in a zip lock anti static bag. All pins were perfect! No idea of the quality of the chips, clearly china knock offs of Texas Instruments chips. However the listing didn't claim they were brand name chips so no foul play there. Very pleased, awesome seller!
