  communication was very good--shipping was prompt. Will not be using this blowup until Halloween, therefore have left it in box. Box was not damaged during shipping ,so am confident product will work as intended. However if defective will contact seller and see if something can be worked out.

  No fault of the Sender, it was UPS that got this item to Nashville, then sent it to Michigan & Ohio, before returning it to Nashville. While I hoped to give this gift on Christmas morning, it is here, safe & sound. I do wish this item came in a box descriptive of it’s content, rather than a plain cardboard shipping box.
