  I purchased a vacuum motor from this seller. It was delivered quickly and the box/wrapping all seemed to be in great condition. The motor itself was exactly what was shown in the listing description and the price was very competitive. The most important part was the seller's responsiveness to my questions. They answered me within 10 minutes. Absolutely incredible! I would certainly purchase from this seller again.

  Item was quite beat up/appeared much more heavily used than description & it died immediately, but seller provided return label & refunded all, including shipping, promptly /without fuss. I realize they are a volume seller but do think that more attention should be paid to condition of actual item shipped, & separate listings made for ones that vary a lot from listing photo /listed condition (see photo). However, it's a responsible seller who made it right, right away.
