  very well packaged ! Pleased with effort to get this item shipped quickly. Exactly as described, perfect fit. Quite pleased with the cost of the item & cost of shipping.   Seller sent item promptly and unfortunately it got lost in the mail. After communicating with the seller, they were very helpful and more than willing to send another pump. The second pump was shipped and arrived promptly. It has performed exactly as described. It was very clean and almost seemed brand new which is amazing considering it's for an older model dishwasher. So very good quality! Very happy with my purchase and with this seller! I would definitely purchase from them again!

  The pump was as described and pictured. Very reasonably priced. It was mildly dirty, but a quick clean fixed that. Husband replaced it, and it works beautifully! Much quieter now too. The packaging was done carefully and it arrived quickly and safely. Excellent experience with this seller.

  Item was advertised as new. When item arrived it was not in any factory packaging and had a broken tab. I contacted seller about it and the said some of their new parts do not have packaging and was sorry for the defect on the tab. I responded again explaining that a broken tab is different than a "defect" with no reply. The part is working now but definitely appears to be a used part, which is upsetting if it is listed as new. If I could do it again I would have ordered from someone else.

  says "same day ship" but took almost a week to ship. however the item was a good price, in good condition, looks new as it says it is, and got the dish washer going.

  Finally shipped after I texted seller 3 days later, so much for the “same day ship”. Item said new in original packaging, it was not in original packaging and was not very well bubble wrapped. I don’t think it was new but I needed the part and it did work.
