The package arrived as described, well packed, and was exactly as described. I would certainly purchase from the seller again.

  Such an amazing seller! Our dogs and cats LOVE our old version of this fountain, so I've been looking for a replacement and am so happy that we found 2! These were in brand-new condition (and the seller kindly double-checked that for me because I bought a fountain from a different Ebay seller that was listed as new and unfortunately wasn't). The seller also refunded the difference in shipping for buying 2 and communication was wonderful. Fountains were well-packaged and shipped quickly.
