    The supplier originally despatched 3mm drill bits instead of the 4mm I had ordered. I emailed them a photo of the packet and they sent out the correct ones which arrived next day. They were very apologetic and very graciously let me keep the 3mm bits.

    Arrived two days later the estimated, however that's not because of the seller, that was due to the courier! Item is brand new, as described, well packed although the courier managed to damage the box, but item was not damaged. Seller was good communicator and despatched my item pretty fast, seller is highly recommended, thank you.
